Ingredients

2 frozen fish fillets

  • 2 fillets Frozen Fish fillets
  • 1 level tbsp olive oil
  • 1 to taste Salt and pepper

Spinach

  • 100 grams Fresh spinach
  • 1 clove garlic

Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 2 level tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 piece lemon, juice and zest
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, Chopped
  • 1 to taste Salt and pepper

Recipe's preparation

    1. Defrost Fish Fillets:
  1. • Place fish fillets in the Varoma tray. Set aside.

  2. 2. Cook Spinach:
  3. • Add garlic to the Thermomix bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 5.

  4. • Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

  5. • Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 100°C on speed 1.

  6. • Add spinach to the bowl and cook for 3 minutes at 100°C on reverse speed 1. Set aside in the ThermoServer to keep warm.

  7. 3. Cook Fish Fillets:
  8. • Add 500 grams of water to the Thermomix bowl.

  9. • Place the Varoma with fish fillets in position.

  10. • Steam for 15 minutes at Varoma temperature on speed 2.

  11. • Season fish fillets with salt and pepper.

  12. 4. Prepare Lemon Butter Sauce:
  13. • Empty the water from the Thermomix bowl.

  14. • Add butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and Dijon mustard to the bowl. Melt for 3 minutes at 80°C on speed 2.

  15. • Add chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 2

  16. 5. Combine and Serve:
  17. • Place the cooked spinach on a plate.
    •Lay the fish fillets on top of the spinach.
    •Drizzle the lemon butter sauce over the fish and spinach.
    •Serve immediately.

Tip

• You can use any type of fish fillets you prefer.


•Adjust seasoning to taste.
