Ingredients
- 350 g tomatoes halved
- 40 g onion
- 30 g olive oil
- 320 g Aborio Rice
- 100 g snow peas stalks removed & cut in half
- 100 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 320 g chicken breast diced
- 720 g water
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock paste, (from Quirky Cooking, link to recipe in notes)
- Brie Cheese to serve

You will need to prepare the chicken stock paste from Quirky Cooking first, if you don't already have some. Link to recipe in tips.
Put tomatoes in TM and chop - 2 sec, speed 3. Remove from bowl and set aside. No need to wash bowl for next step.
Put onion in bowl and chop - 3 sec, Speed 5. scrape down sides.
Add oil and saute with MC off - 3 min, Veroma, Speed 1
Add rice and cook - 1 min, Veroma, , Speed 1
Stir rice to make sure none is stuck to bottom
Add tomatoes, snow peas, mushrooms, chicken, garam masala, stock paste and water. Cook with basket on top to stop splattering - 14 min, 100 degrees, , speed 1.5.
Once cooked transfer to thermoserver for 10 minutes prior to serving. Serve topped with sliced brie (as much or as little as you like - I have lots!!)
