- 1 tablespoon coriander seed
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 250 g minced beef or pork
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 50 g tomato paste
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced or diced
- 1 can corn kernals, drained
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini

1. Mill cumin, coriander, cayenne 10 sec/ sp 9 then cook for 1 min/ varoma/ sp 1
2. Add onion, garlic, carrot & zucchini chop 5 sec/ sp 7
3. Add oil saute 3 min/ varoma/ sp 1
4. Add mince, cook 7 min/ 100 degrees/ speed 1 reverse
5. Add diced tomato, tomato paste, corn & mushrooms 10 minutes/ 100 degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
Tip
Extra Fun:
You can have chilli con carne with anything, so mix it up...have fun. Left overs are never the same as the last...serve with rice, make burritos, make nachos, make tacos, fill canniloni and top with salsa and cheese, topping with a steamed spud, do a mexican night with a spread of everything: salsa, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, chives, taco shells tortillas, carrot, lettuce, tomato, potatos, corn chips and margaritas
