Fabulous recipe so quick and easy.
I added carrot, onion and extra garlic, increased time to 10mins.
this will become a regular
Yum! I was dubious at the 7 minute cooking time so set it for 10. It was perfect and so tasty. Will make again for sure.
Really easy and delicious. Made without lemongrass as I had none.
Simple flavours from simple ingredients. Fast and easy to make for a quick meal. Add to steamed rice and veg.
Yum and very easy. I did 500g meat and 500g vegetables, used broccoli, carrots and onion.
Yum!
I found it quite bland too? Good for the kids, I think it needs more cornflour as well to thicken the sauce a bit.
evajune: someone commented that they chopped it up with the garlic and ginger. I think I might do that too.
what do you do with the lemongrass? Chop it up?
