I really liked this, and so did my mum (she's on paleo). I thought it might be to coconutty for my taste (im not a huge fan, but thought i'd give this a go for my mum) but it was really well balanced. The only change i made was i left out the kale.

I'm not sure I'll make this again, it didn't taste like a traditional stroganoff. The coconut flavours were quite strong. I didn't mind it but my husband and four-year-old weren't fussed.
Hello
I'm new to thermomix, could you please tell me how you made the sweet potato mash with coconut cream? Did you cook the sweet potato in the thermomix?
thanks!
Jen
