Ingredients
500g Pork Mince
- 500 g pork mince
- 2 carrots, cut into chunks
- 1/2 brown onion
- 20 g fresh ginger, (1tsp jarred)
- 20 g garlic, (1 tsp jarred)
- 2 tbsp Kecap Manis (sweet soy)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 package wonton wrappers

Add Carrots, onion, garlic and ginger to the mixing bowl "Closed lid" 6 secs/sp7
Scrape down the sides of the bowl and make sure it is a fine chop, if not do it again 3 secs/sp7
Add Pork mince and sauce moxing bowl, mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" 20secs/sp4 or until combined
Fill wonton wrappers and fold in half sealing with water
Place wontons onto varoma tray with enough room around each one for steam to reach. (you will need to do this in batches)
Fill mixing bowl to the 1L line and pre-heat, varoma/sp2/6 minutes
Once water has reached varoma add varoma tray to the top of the thermomix and cook in batches for approximately 10 minutes until wonton wrapper has changed colour)

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
