Ingredients
Marinade
- 25 g ginger
- 1 small red chilli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 25 g soy sauce
- 5 g kecap manis
- 5 g fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon mirin
- 1 lime juice
Stir Fry
- 400 g pork sliced
- 1/2 Spanish onion
- 1 red capsicum
- serving baby corn
- serving broccoli
- serving snow peas
- 1/2 can bamboo shoots
- 1/2 can water chestnuts
- 200 g rice
- 900 g water
- 30 g cashew nuts

Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 20 seconds, speed 7. Pour over sliced pork and marinade for a minimum of 2 hours.
1. Rinse rice in basket and place in TM bowl with water. Place marinaded pork in veroma bowl and prepared vegetables in veroma tray. Cook for 20 min, Veroma, Speed 4.
2. Once finished put rice, pork and vegatables into thermoserver and stir in cashew nuts.
3. Spoon some of the liquid from the TM bowl over the stir fry and serve.

When I made this I didn't have any fresh chill, so added 15-20gsweet chilli sauce to the marinade. Was amazing! Definitely going to be a family favourite!
