Recipe's preparation

    Weight Watchers Thai Green Curry
  1. Place the spring onion, garlic cloves, ginger and lemongrass into the TMX bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 7

  2. Add oil and saute for 3 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1

  3. Meanwhile, brown chicken pieces in a frying pan. (This is not necessary but I like my chicken browned and sealed- I find it cooks better)

  4. Add coconut milk, chicken, capsicum, green curry paste, chicken stock cube and fish sauce into the TMX bowl and cook for 12 minutes at 100 degrees on Reverse + Speed Soft.

  5. Serve with steamed rice (if you want a 100% Paleo meal, serve with Cauliflower rice made in your TMX)

Thank you for this recipe... I added some prawns into last 2 minutes of cooking and let it stand a bit in the thermo server.... yummy!! Maybe a bit too liquid but the flavour mare tuna made up for that!!

Thank you sooo much for posting Weight Watchers recipes on here! I am going to try these out and then I can rate them. I have not long had my thermo so when I get a little more confident with it I will start to change some of my weight watchers recipes to cook in the Thermo and post them on here too. tmrc_emoticons.)
