Lemon Butter
- 200 g Fresh squeesed Lemon Juice
- 220 g castor sugar
- 160 g Butter
- 6 eggs

1. Place all ingrediants into the TM Bowl without the MC and mix on Speed 3 at 80 degrees for 8 mins.
2. Test by dipping tea spoon into the mix, if the spoon is coated its ready. If too runny cook for a further 1 min and test again.
3. Pour into two Jars, place the lid on top tightly then invert so that the seal is vaccum tight, refigerate once cooled.

Tip
Use sterlized jars.
Can be used as a spread or try as a filling in tartlets.
