  • 2 level tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 level tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 level tbsp Baileys or Kahlua, or to taste

Recipe's preparation

    Drunken Dessert Dip
  1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl Closed lid"Closed lid"
  2. Blend for 30 seconds using blend mode on your TM6 or select speed 8 on your TM5
  3. Place in the fridge to set for 30 min
  4. Serve on a platter with your favourite fruit, sweet seeded crackers, biscotti etc.

Tip

Can also be made without the alcohol by replacing with an extra tbsp of maple syrup instead

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
