I have had my thermomix exactly 1 week. For us newbies who haven't read the comments under each recipe, would you please change the name of this peach stuff as it definitely is not butter. Thankyou
Tastes lovely - but very runny! Used extra lemon juice and cooked it for extra 10 mins, but still runny. Must depend on the variety of peaches
Thanks anyway, I still have a tonne of peaches so maybe third time lucky
Don't know what is happening with your peach butter. I make it all the time and it's not a really think butter but it is thick enough to have on toast. I like to use Golden Queen peaches as they are a lovely colour.
Makes a great flavouring for Yoghurt
Sorry I cant help you

I've made this twice now, first time was really runny so I told the kids to use it as topping on their icecream. The second batch I cooked for 20 mins longer and added jam setta but it still turned out to runny to really spread like jam or anything, have to use for topping again.
Yes use it like jam. The flavour in really intense.
I also use it to flavour my yogurt
