Ingredients
Roasted Capsicum, Parmesan and Fetta Dip
- 1 small piece garlic
- 2-3 red capsicums, roasted, deseeded and skin off
- 10 - 15 leaves flat parsley
- 25 g olive oil
- 120g cream cheese
- 100g crumbled fetta
- to taste salt
- to taste paprika sweet

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Roast capsicum (i bought mine pre roasted). Cut capsicum into quarters, deseed, remove skin. Place the capsicum directly into TM bowl.
2. Place all other ingredients into TM bowl and turn the dial to speed 6 for 10-15 seconds.
3. Scrape down sides of bowl, add salt to taste, speed 6 for a further 8-10 seconds. Add 50g crumbled fetta and paprika to taste.
4. speed 3.5 for a further 5 seconds, (if u want smoother redo this step). Taste if happy with salt and paprika qty place into a bowl.
5. Place in the refrigerator to set before serving.

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

As mentioned above, the recipe needs clarifying. It would be very confusing for new TM users.

I've just made this recipie for a party, really hope it turns out as the recipie is a little confusing, the ingredients starts with a roasted Capsicum Parmesan and feta dip, but there's no Parmesan in the ingredients list? Also it says add all the ingredients then later says add 50g of Feta?
I love this dip! Only add small amount of garlic though. I might roast the garlic with the capsicum next time
