Great recipe. Always a success. We like it as it has a bitter not sweet taste.

Great recipe, made today with ruby grapefruits and blood oranges. I too like to chop my fruit up a little smaller.

I made this recipe today and while it's tastes divine it's very runny. How can I thicken it? Should I add some powdered pectin? How long should I cook it for again if I do and how much pectin? Thanks

Finally got around to making this...so easy and tastes amazing! I used allulose instead of sugar
    and wouldn't know the difference.

    Definately a keeper.

Converted this to a Tangelo & Lime Marmalade with great success. I followed all the steps substituting 6 Tangelo & 2 Limes for the Grapefruit & Oranges & it worked perfectly Smile

This recipe was fantastic. I like my peel smaller so I cut the grapefruit up smaller and blended for longer until I got it how I like it. I made more than 3 jars (albeit some were smaller than average), I would sterilise more jars than you think you need. Will be making this again.

A great recipe, thank you! I finely diced my fruit as I prefer the look of the shredded peel (rather than chopped). Then I followed the recipe as directed but on reverse. It set beautifully and tastes delicious

I used 3 grapefruits 1 orange & 4 little mandarins. Yummy! Worked perfectly. Onto my next batch. Thank you for the recipe

I’ve never made a marmalade before but my neighbour gave me some grapefruit from their tree and I told her I’d make her some. This recipe was easy and turned out perfectly. Thank you.
