Chicken, vegetable, soup, pasta
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 brown onion, halved
- 30 grams olive oil
- 400 grams Mixed root vegetables, (potato, sweet potato, parsnip)
- 500 grams Thigh chicken fillets, diced 2cm squares
- 1 --- carrot, chopped
- 100 grams Celery, (can also use celery or both)
- 650 grams water
- 2 heaped tablespoons TM stock
- 100 grams Whole meal pasta, spirals

- Place garlic and onion in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec speed 7. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Add oil sauté 3min /Varoma/ speed 1.
Add root vegetables, 500g water, stock concentrate and cook 5 mins/ 100deg /"Counter-clockwise operation" /"Gentle stir setting" .
Add chicken 6 mins/ 100 deg / "Counter-clockwise operation" / "Gentle stir setting" .
Add remaining vegetables and pasta and water 10mins/ 100 deg/ "Counter-clockwise operation" [/ "Gentle stir setting" . Use spatula to mix pasta through during cooking. Serve with fresh crusty bread.

Nice Easy Soup
This soup lends itself well to whatever you have in your fridge and pantry.
I used chat potatoes and celeriac and then celery and carrot as in the recipe. I used half chicken stock paste and half veggie stock paste, bow pasta and added a few sprigs of thyme and a bay leaf.

This was quite yummy, I added the carrots with root vegetables, (only had sweet potato), thinking it may not cook through. Used Chicken breast, added zuchinni and peas. didn't add celery. Served with Brizilian Cheese Puffs - Yummy. Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Quick, simple & delicious! Second time round I added a bay leaf, parsley & ground black pepper for a little extra zing - will be a regular in our household

We all loved this with some crusty tiger bread rolls. So filling and flavoursome.
Made this soup twice and it's a family pleaser. I have a TM5, so having extra room in the bowl, I added a tomato, after cutting the onion and garlic, then cut again for 2sec then added the oil. Used chicken broth instead of water. Cooked the carrot at the same time as the potatoes. Used one chicken breast. The put in zucchini, broccoli and celery. And topped up with 250ml instead of 150ml broth.
Very nice soup. Added some brown rice and quinoa instead of pasta.
Nice hearty soup - I used gluten free pasta and it worked fine
