So easy and tasty I used about a kilo of pumpkin because I wasn’t thinking and put it all in but it was still delicious.
Very easy and delicious
So delicious. I was sceptical this would be tasty without cream but it's perfect and I can do without the extra fat! I forgot to weigh the pumpkin - just roasted half a butternut and the consistency was good.
Made again. Doubled the pumpkin and used around the same or little more water. Worked great made 3 large servings or 4 small
Easy recipe!
Tastes great, even the kids love it

Absolutely loved this soup! So easy and delicious!
Delicious. I added an onion to roast and didn't put as much water in. Easy and tasty.

Thank you! Lovely pumpkin soup
Delicious! I made it with farm fresh butternut pumpkin, put a splash of cream through on serving and it was gone in a flash. Will be making again, thanks!
