Recipe's preparation

    Poach chicken
  1. 1. Insert basket and put chicken breast (cut into 4 or 5 smaller chunks) with 1.25 litres of water.

    2. Cook for 15 minutes at 80 degrees speed 3.

    3. Put cooked chicken into the water and shred.  Time will depend on how small you cut the chicken to poach.  Speed 4 10-20 seconds should do it.

  2. Soup
  3. 4. Add the can of creamed corn  and 2 stock cubes to the water and chicken mix.

    5. Beat an egg in a separate cup.

    6. Cook for 15 minutes at 90 degrees, reverse speed 1, and slowly add in the beaten egg mix through the measuring cup hole.

    7. Serve and enjoy.

Tip

Can also be made with fresh or frozen corn kernals rather than a can of creamed corn.

thanks, was a great quick and easy soup for the family. I didn't have creamed corn, so I added a tin of corn and vegetables (zucchini & sweet potato) and rice noodles.
