Place all ingredients into TM Bowl and cover with water and cook for 20mins/100deg/speed 2. (or until Sweet Potato and Carrot are soft)
Blend for 5 mins/speed 6 (or until required consistency achieved).

Tip
Use Simmering basket when blending to keep the puree down the bottom of TM bowl. This allows for a much smoother consistency.
You can also place your puree through a sifter to remove the outer layer of corn for young babies

i put in 500g of water, but will put 450g next time just so its a little thicker. Other than that, tastes good!
Nice combination of veggies, thanks for sharing the recipe. I put in 520g of water and it was a pretty good consistency (pureed, not watery soup). Perhaps next time I will try 500g and I think that would be perfect. Also I only pureed at the end for 10 or so seconds. Miss 9 months really liked this one (i mixed in with some lamb casserole for her protein).
I used this recipe as written and then as a basis for other purees I made. It was really helpful to know how long, the temperature and the speed I should cook the veggies for. bubs loves all concoctions I have made for him. Thanks.
Day 1 of my Thermomix life and I have tried this recipe. I covered with water as stated. It has turned into soup. Way too much water. Not sure of the correct amount as I'm too new sorry!
How much water?

Hi. Do you think the ingredients in this recipe can be easily changed around to incorporate different flavours as the baby grows?
