Ingredients
Dough
- 250 g flour
- 150 g Milk
- 25 g oil
- 2 pinch salt
Filling
- 300 g cheese, fresh
- 200 g cheese, sheep or goat
- 1/2 tsp veggie stock
- 1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
Spread
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp cream, or milk
- 50 g sesame seeds

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. put all the ingriendients into the TM bowl and knead for 2 mins on intervall. if neccessary add more water.
2. roll the dough out on a floured bench to about 2mm thick and cut circles out about 12cm. you chould get about 12 circles.
3. preheat the oven to 200deg.
1. put all the ingriedients into the bowl and mix them for 20sec on speed 3.
2. seperate the egg, mix the egg yolk with the milk.
3. spread the egg white on the edges of the dough circles and put 1 tbsp of the filling in the centre of each. fold the cirles in half and press the edges together well. you can also use a fork to press the edges together, this gives you a nice pattern on the edges.
4. put the bags on a lined baking paper tray or use the thermomatt.
6. spread the top of the bags with the milk/egg mixture and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. bake for 20mins.
