Place cubed cheese into the TM bowl and grate for 8 seconds at speed 6, then set aside.
Place kale leaves into TM bowl, and chop for 10 seconds at speed 6.
Add salt, pepper, cumin and eggs, and mix for 5 seconds at speed 3.
Spoon mixture into greased muffin trays, and bake at 180*C for 20-25 mins depending on muffin size.

Loved this, so tasty and easy to make.
Make sure urge you add the cheese as it's not listed in the recipe preparation, I did it at step 3.
I didn't have a muffin tray so used a loaf tin and then sliced.

These were great - thank you. Very tasty and easy to make. I added 70g of kale and was worried about if it would still work, but was fine.
Quick and easy and a tasty way to eat kale. I'm pursuing a LCHF diet and this ticks the box and as I need kale cooked due to thyroid condition, trying to find good ways to eat it has been on my to do list. Good for lunchbox.
