Ingredients
Blueberry Cake
- 100 grams Butter
- 100 grams sugar
- 115 grams sour cream
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 3 eggs
- 15 grams lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 160 grams all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

Put softened butter and suger into bowl, blend Sp 4 x 5 sec,
scrape down and repeat.
Add eggs, blend Sp 5 x 5 sec add vanilla, flour, b/soda, lemon juice and sour cream "Counter-clockwise operation" 3 x 15 sec.
Add blueberries. Blend Sp 3 x 3 sec. Remove lid, give a little stir then scrape out mixture into 20 x 20 cm greased and lined baking tin. Mixing the berries in a little more as you spread the mixture evenly into the tin.
Bake 180/190c for approx 45mins
Tip
Lovely on its own, warm or cold, I like to spread some butter on a slice, yummy! Would be very nice iced too, maybe with a cream cheese icing.

Nice little cake for afternoon tea. My 12yr old daughter actually made this using the Thermo - so easy!
