Choc Chip Muesli Bars :)
- 100 g Butter, chopped
- 110 g brown sugar
- 55 g honey
- 200 g rolled oats
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 20 g pepitas
- 15 g Coconut
- 40 g choc chips

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160degrees (or 140degrees fan forced)
Grease a 20 x 30cm rectangular pan and line with baking paper
Add the butter, sugar and honey to the TMX bowl and cook for 5mins, Varoma Temp, sp2
Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT the choc chips and combine for 30 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" , sp 2
Press the mixture into the prepared pan and sprinkle with the choc chips
Bake for approx 30mins or until the top is browned lightly
Allow to cool completely in the pan, remove and cut to preferred size bars

Thanks for posting! I melted white choc and mixed with a bit of natural yoghurt, then drizzled it over the top after baking.. Yummmmmm
