Ingredients

  • 200 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate (70% Cocoa is best)
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams caster sugar
  • 100 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 250 grams fresh or frozen raspberries

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place broken up Chocolate into bowl and mill for 5 secs on speed 10.

     

    Scrape down sides of bowl and add butter. Melt with Chcocolate for 4 minutes, 70 degrees on speed 4.

     

    Add in sugar, flour & eggs. Mix for 10 seconds, speed 7.

     

    Add in Raspberries. Mix  10 seconds Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.

     

    Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Cook for 30 minutes in an oven that is 180 degrees.

     

    Brownies will be gooey on the inside and nice a hard/crisp on the outside.

     

    Serve with some double cream or freeze and pop them into lunchboxes!

     

Tip

Add white chocolate drops or walnuts at the same time as Raspberries.
