Ingredients
- 200 grams Dark Cooking Chocolate (70% Cocoa is best)
- 100 grams Butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams caster sugar
- 100 grams Self Raising Flour
- 250 grams fresh or frozen raspberries

Place broken up Chocolate into bowl and mill for 5 secs on speed 10.
Scrape down sides of bowl and add butter. Melt with Chcocolate for 4 minutes, 70 degrees on speed 4.
Add in sugar, flour & eggs. Mix for 10 seconds, speed 7.
Add in Raspberries. Mix 10 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Cook for 30 minutes in an oven that is 180 degrees.
Brownies will be gooey on the inside and nice a hard/crisp on the outside.
Serve with some double cream or freeze and pop them into lunchboxes!
Tip
Add white chocolate drops or walnuts at the same time as Raspberries.
