- 25 grams Coconut Flour
- 170 grams Milk
- 50 grams Butter

- 50 grams Rapadura Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20 grams Butter

Prehead oven to 200 degrees. Add all dough ingredients. Mix on "Dough mode" 30 sec. Scrape down bowl and mix again "Dough mode" 10 sec. Place on thermomat and roll out into a rectangular shape about 1 cm thick.
Mix Filling ingredients together by blitzing for 6 sec. Spread filling on dough. Roll dough up from the long side to form a long roll. Cut roll into 8 pieces, arrange on a tray lined with baking paper into a flower shape.
Bake in a 200 degree oven for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and serve warm drizzled with maple syrup.
