Super easy but will reduce flour and increase the cocoa next time, they were too dry and needed a stronger chocolate flavour for our tastes.

I didn`t use cocoa and they taste delicious, so easy to make, soft and moist. I used the amount of flour as in recipe. Will be my go to recipe when the kids need muffins fast.Well done and Thank You!

Increased the cocoa to 50g and decreased flour to 400g, used choc melts that I wanted to use up in the cupboard before use by date. I just blitzed the melts ( turbo 1sec) to reduce their size. Kids loved muffins, if I were to serve to adults I would add more cocoa and milk (up the richness and moistness!). I also added a bit of vanilla paste. Great base recipe to play with, thank you erika!

I substituted the choc chips with frozen raspberries, worked out great for the kids lunches  tmrc_emoticons.)

I mixed all ingredients except choc chips and flour until smooth, then added flour, gave it a good stir with the spatula, then used the kneading setting for about three seconds, which is all you need to combine the flour.  Same again for the choc chips.  Less mixing gives a much nicer texture - too much mixing creates a smooth skin on the top of the muffin which is tough and rubbery.

I would double the quantity of cocoa - Australian cocoa seems to have almost no flavour at all nowadays.

Yum!! Another great option to replace packaged food tmrc_emoticons.) I replaced half of SR flour with milled rolled oats (plus 1 tspn baking powder) was still yummy and increased protein level tmrc_emoticons.D

After reading the reviews I made this recipe only using 350gm of flour, it worked perfectly.  The end product is nice enough but not very flavoursome.  tmrc_emoticons.;)

These were nice, but definitely way too much flour.  Next time I'll reduce the amount in there.
