Love semolina for breakfast...I omitted the brown sugar and just added a swirl of maple syrup on top once served. Oh & I ate the whole lot myself..hehe!! Delicious

I found it was too liquid? May be because I'm using a Bellini Supercook, but the semolina didn't cook properly, threw it in for a bit longer.

I love baked semolina pudding butcan't find a thermo recipe, do you think this would have the same consistency so i can then bake it with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top?

I ran out of oats for my morning porridge so made this instead! I used almond milk as I'm dairy free and pure maple syrup instead of the sugar! Added cinnamon at the start! Would be lovely with some poached apples! So easy and turned out the perfect consistency! Thankyou!
