Preheat oven to 180 deg.
Line baking trays with sheets of baking paper.
Add Raw sugar to Thermomix bowl and mill for 10 secs, speed 9. Remove and set aside.
Add Choc chunks to bowl and chop until you have the size of chunks you prefer. I used Nestle Milk Choc melts and turbo x 1. Set aside.
Place butter and all sugars into bowl for 15 secs on Speed 5-6.
Add eggs and vanilla essence, 10 secs, speed 5-6.
Add Flour and bicarb soda and mix for 10 secs speed 5. Slowly add choc hunks through lid until mixture is combined.
Drop 16 large spoon fulls of mixture onto baking sheets, spacing well apart.
Bake for 15-20mins or until golden. Leave to cool before eating!

I made these cookies this morning with my kids and they loved them! I made a couple of big ones for them and the rest a smaller size Quick easy recipe and of course, yummy!
Nice basic cookie recipe, i made small cookies and it filled our jar with about 36 cookies!!! When we chomped through them I made again but added 300g of dried apple and sultanas instead of the chocolate and it adapted really well!!! Thanks for the recipe
