Recipe's preparation

    To make Pancakes
  1.  Place all ingredients into jug, mix speed 10 for 15 seconds

  2. Scrape down bowl to ensure all loose flour is mixed in

  3. Repeat mixing again speed 10 for 15 seconds

  4. Heat a large frypan on medium heat and melt a teaspoon of butter, poor mixture into frypan ensuring you have enough space between for spreading and fliping. Cook until bubbles form on the top then flip over and cook for a further minute or two.

  5. Place cooked pancakes into Thermoserver to keep warm whilst you cook up the bacon rashes.

  6. Serve 3 pancakes for each person with 1 rasher of bacon, pour maple syrup over and enjoy!

Tip

Substitute any kind of milk according to dietary requirements. Use good quality pure maple syrup for the best taste.

Loved this recipe. I substituted 2 gelatin eggs so they would be egg free as well. Worked well. If you use gelatin eggs, let the batter sit for 10 minutes before cooking so it can thicken a bit. Towards the end of using batter, I had to add a bit more coconut milk as it became a bit too thick. This is from my gelatin eggs. Awesome pancake recipe for gf, egg free pancakes without too much fuss. Everyone enjoyed, including peeps without food allergies. Thank you for sharing!

Made these this morning and loved by all.  I normally do a more healthy version of pancakes, but I couldn't be bothered today and wouldn't have suited the bacon and maple syrup.

I used coconut sugar, coconut milk and vanilla bean paste.  Thanks!

Very nice - i think one of the best GF pancakes we have tried. We add choc chips and serve with strawberries not bacon and maple syrup! Or lemon and sugar! Thank you.

I made the pancake recipe and ate them with maple syrup (no bacon). I also used raw sugar instead of white. They were lovely and light and I had all the ingredients in my pantry. A yummy Sunday brunch  Cooking 10
