Great cake. Very moist. Was really popular at the staff morning tea. I iced with some cream cheese icing with which I added lemon juice.

Great to use up a heap of mandarins (I used about 5 small ones), however I personally prefer the orange version tmrc_emoticons.)

Loved this cake - came out very very moist (most of my cakes come out dry and i cannot get them correct). Everyone enjoyed this one. I also made cream cheese icing on top with lemon which went well tmrc_emoticons.) but next time i would only use 1/2 the sugar, as i found the cake to be a little too sweet for me.

This is my favourite recipe that I have made in my Thermomix so far. I made it once and taken it into work to share, and made it again, but this time kept it home, too good to share!!

I love this cake.  Tomorrow it features as my birthday cake drizzled with white chicolate, dusted with icing sugar and topped with fresh mandarin segments.

Really moist and pretty and yum of course! I added a tbs of poppy seeds and used 310g of orange instead of mandarin, i was trying to keep it as close to the 30 sec orange cake as possible, as that one is divine! It was quit crumbly and delicate though... any thoughts as to why?
