Ingredients
Gram's Moist Chocolate Cake
- 110 g Butter
- 250 g Milk
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Ess/Extract
- 2 --- eggs
- 260 g sugar
- 300 g Self Raising Flour
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 pinch salt

1. Place butter in TM bowl and melt on 60 degrees, speed 2 for 2 mintues.
2. Add milk and vanilla and mix on speed 4 for 1 minute.
3. Add dry ingredients and mix on speed 3 for 2 minutes.
4. Add an egg and mix on speed 3 for 2 minutes, adding the extra egg after 1 minute.
Pour into round cake tin and cook on 170 degrees for 1 hour or until cooked.
120g Butter
300g icing sugar
30g milk
Place butter and icing sugar into TM bowl and mix on speed 2 for 4 minutes, after 15 seconds, add in the milk. Use spatula to scrape down sides of the bowl when required. Add colouring if required.
Heat 1/3 cup of caster sugar and 1/2 cup of water in a microwave for 5 minutes (to make syrup) Put aside to cool.
Once cool combine 125 g of butter gradually on speed 4 until white. Add colouring if required.
