- 20 g flaxseed/linseed
- 220 g rolled oats
- 250 g yoghurt plain
- 2 eggs
- 85-100 g maple syrup, honey or agave (to taste)
- 5 g baking powder
- 5 g baking soda
- 5 g vanilla extract or paste
- 2 Bananas, ripe

Preheat oven to 170 degrees. LIne 14 muffin tins with muffin cases and grease with oil spray, or a loaf tin to make banana loaf.
Place flaxseed/linseeds in the TM bowl and mill on sp8 15-20sec. Remove from bowl and set aside.
Place rolled oats into bowl and blitz sp4 7 sec.
Weigh in 20g of the ground flaxseed, add all other ingredients and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" sp5 10sec.
Pour into muffin cases and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
Tip
Eat while warm, or store in an airtight container in the fridge. Also suitable for freezing.
You can use any fruit in these muffins (fresh or frozen raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, pear, apple) however add some extra yoghurt or apple puree to ensure the muffins have enough wet ingredient.
