- 100 gram sugar
- 200 gram Butter, Cubed
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 200 grams plain flour
- 50 grams cornflour
- 50 grams dessicated coconut
- Jam, Jam of choice

- Grease or line baking trays with baking paper
- Preheat oven to 160°C degrees fanforced or 180°C degrees conventional.
- Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill
- "Closed lid" "Blend" 20sec speed 9
- Add butter and mix
- "Closed lid" 2min 37°C Degrees sp 4
- Add vanilla and mix
- "Closed lid" 30 Sec Sp 4
- Add flour, cornflour and coconut and mix to make a soft dough.
- "Closed lid" 30 sec sp 4
- Roll tablespoonfuls into balls and place on trays (leaving room for them to spread whilst cooking)
- Make an indent in the centre of each ball with your thumb and fill with jam of choice.
- Bake 10 mins. Let rest on trays before transferring to rack to cool

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
