  • 250 grams plain biscuits, (I like milk arrowroot)
  • 90 grams Of nuts, (your choice cashews, 3macadamia, almonds, pistachios
  • 3 tablespoons dates, (Approx 8)
  • 150 grams caster sugar
  • 200 grams Butter, cubed
  • 80 grams cocoa powder, 40g of this can be cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 40 grams Shredded coconut

Recipe's preparation

    You will need
  1. a Thermomix
    a slice baking tray
    a spatula
    a bowl
    a teaspoon
    a knife
  2. Preparation

    1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    2. Chop biscuits in TM bowl 6 seconds speed 5-6 and place to the side in a bowl.

    3. Chop nuts to you liking 5 seconds speed 5 and place in bowl on side.

    4. Place the dates into TM bowl, chop 20 seconds speed 8-9.

    5. Place butter, vanilla essence, sugar and cocoa into TM bowl. Melt for 2 minutes 60 degrees speed 4. Add chocolate buds in last minute.

    6. Add Remaining ingredients and mix on Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" reverse 30 seconds speed 4.

    7. Press mixture into a lined tray and chill for an hour.

    8. Slice into pieces, then store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
