Ingredients
Cake
- 15 g walnuts
- 75 g raw sugar
- 250 g Butter, room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 15 g shredded or dessicated coconut
- 190 g Self Raising Flour
- pinch salt
- 5 g cocoa
- 85 g Milk
Coffee Icing
- 200 g raw sugar
- 30 g Butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp coffee, ground, preferably instant
- 1-2 tsp hot water

Place walnuts in TM Bowl "Closed lid" and Turbo (closed position)/1-2 seconds. Set aside.
Place sugar in TM Bowl "Closed lid" and mill for 3 seconds/Speed 9.
Add chopped butter and mix for 20 seconds/Speed 4.
Add eggs and mix for 15 seconds/Speed 4.
Add coconut, walnuts, self-raising flour, salt, cocoa and milk and mix for 20 seconds/Speed 5. If necessary scrape down sides and mix for a further 6 seconds/Speed 5.
Pour into a well greased 20cm/8 inch cake tin and bake in a moderate oven (180 degrees) for 40-45 minutes. When cool top with coffee icing.
Place sugar in TM Bowl "Closed lid" and mill for 10 seconds/Speed 9.
Add butter and coffee to TM bowl "Closed lid" . Replace lid and turn dial to Speed 6 and add only enough water, through the hole in the lid, till icing becomes a spreadable consistency.
