- 250 grams Raspberry Shortcake Biscuits
- 250 grams Shredded Wheatmeal Biscuits
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 200 grams dried apricots
- 100 grams Pitted Dates, dried
- 80 grams sultanas
- 180 grams Butter
Frosting
- 250 grams icing sugar
- 250 grams Philidelphia cream cheese
- 50 grams Butter

Pulse Shredded Wheatmeal biscuits 3 times using Turbo or until biscuits are crumbs.
Set aside.
Pulse Raspberry biscuits 3 times using Turbo or until biscuits are crumbs.
Set aside with Wheatmeal crumbs.
Pulse apricots 4 times using Turbo or until they are finely chopped.
Set aside with biscuit crumbs.
repeat with dates and set aside with crumbs.
Melt condensed milk and butter for 3 minutes, 100deg, speed 2.
Add biscuit crumb mixture and sultanas to condensed milk and butter mixture.
Mix using speed 4 reverse with the assistance of the spatula for 40 seconds.
Press mixture in tin (approx size 23cm x 32cm), smooth with damp hands.
Refrigerate until cool.
Place icing sugar, butter & cream cheese into clean TM bowl & mix for 30sec, speed 9.
spread onto cooled slice then refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing.
