I just made these now and they are delicious! I might be naughty and add choc chips next time, but these are amazing without and the kids also love them. Thank you!
Easy and delicious, thank you
What can i substitute the orange for?
A winner ,thank you Mrs. thermomix! Will be my favourite choc cookie recipe from now on.They are soft but not brittle and very moorish.
My recipe made 16 good sized cookies.
are they crunchy??? or soft???
Really tasty and easy to make.
Fantastic - I love these biscuits
I've been trying to bake better treats for my kids and found this little bit of research on dates. Everything in moderation. Yes, these cookies are not "sugar free" so to speak, but definately a better option than using sugar. Have a read if you are interested.....

There are 63gm of sugar per 100g dates. I have a child on a medical diet & therefore have a heightened awareness of hidden sugar. This recipe is sadly nowhere near sugar free. It is perhaps more correctly "processed" sugar free, yet still very high in sugar. Sorry to be a killjoy.
These are a great alternative if you are looking to cut down on your sugar intake and still have a good tasting biscuit. Sorry forgot to add the star
