I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place butter, sugar, honey and vanilla into bowl and melt for 5 mins,100deg,speed 2
Add remaining ingredients & mix for 20-30 sec, speed 2.5
Mixture will be quite sticky initially but will firm up as it cools.
Transfer mixture onto thermomat or silcone mat & leave to cool.
Preheat oven to 150degrees and line trays with baking paper.
Once dough has cooled and is easy to work with you can add hundreds and thousands and knead through if you wish or leave plain then roll out to 2-3mm thickness and using small cutter shapes transfer to baking trays.
These are quite small biscuits and don't take very long at all to cook, 3-4 minutes depending on your oven so please watch them closely to ensure they don't burn.
Store in an airtight container.
These are fantastic for school and they make quite a large amount for bulk school lunch ideas. This recipe can be halved also if smaller quantities are preferred.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

These were great!
Was worried in humidity the dough might be too soft & loose shape while cooking... but perfect 👌 Made so many too!
