Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in TM bowl, mix together for 10 seconds, speed 5. Pour into a small greased square tin. Bake at 160 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes until cooked when tested with a skewer.

Tip

This is such a delicious, quick and easy recipe. It can also be made into a slice, simply put mixture into a greased slice tin and reduce cooking time to approx 30 minutes. It doesn't contain any eggs so could be suitable for people who have an allergy to eggs.

It was OK.... I can really taste the bi-carb in it but its just fine for the kids who won't notice (especially with icing on top!).

It's a nice quick cake especially given no eggs or butter so good if you need something sweet and don't have any on hand.

Mine cooked much quicker than the time stated....

I made this today for a person who is Dairy Free. I took out the Cocoa and added more Vanilla as they wanted a Vanilla Cake! Really quick and easy cake to make. Thanks.
