Melt butter 3 mins. 60° speed 2. Add remainder of ingredients, mix 30 secs. speed 4. Press into greased slice tray. Bake at 180° 20 minutes or until cooked and golden. Ice with your choice of icing. I used lemon icing and topped with coconut. Cut into serving pieces.
