  • 375 g self rasing flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 90 g polenta
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 orange
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g Greek yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop orange into quarters and place in bowl with the butter.

    Mix speed 8 / 7 secs.

    Melt butter 90 degree / speed 2 / 2 mins (or until melted).

    Add remaining ingredients to bowl adn mix reverse speed 4 / 20 secs.

    Pour into lined springform tin and bake 45 mins in a pre-heated oven 180degrees c.

Tip

Make a glaze with icing sugar and orange or lemon juice (heat to melt in TM bowl) and pour over cake after it comes out of the oven but still in the pan.

    You would be best to begin with 1 cup of Icing Sugar (done yourself in the tmx) and 1 teaspoon of straight juice and adding drop by drop until you have the consistency you would like. Beware One drop too many and you will need to add more icing sugar
