Forum HELP please C34 error
The same thing hppened to me as well. I am suprised Thermomix hasn't made any change to stop this happening to many people. In my case my daughter was trying to help me by emptying dishwasher and put TM5 bowl and blade into the base without bottom part. I didn't realise until I stopped the machine and removed the bowl. I read the comments made but none of them shows how to fix it. Do I have to take the machine to somewhere to get fixed it or is there any way that I could fix it?
My husband placed my bowl and blade into my TM5 base and I didn't double check it when I went to use it and it's now coming up error 34 and blade won't spin. Help I can't afford a new one

Hello, my T5 has a C34 error after batter overflowed, despite me using a registered recipe. The motor will not spin the blades. Looking for some assistance please?

I didn't realise the base hadn't been clicked into place when I put the ingredients for hummus in and turned on the selector speed.
It didn't look like any of the oil had got into the pin-holes, and everything has since dried but it's not working.
The first time I tried it I got error 34 (? overload), and a few hours later I tried again and didn't get an error, but the motor whirred with an 'off' noise, and the blades didn't spin - maybe I 'stripped' them when I first attempted to turn on the speed without it clicked into place?
Our consultant has since moved out of area - any ideas?
Any help would be so appreciated

My TM5 is coming up with error 34 after a attempting to cook in it when it the jug wasn’t locked in properly ?
I have cleaned it as best I could ( I was making gingerbread!! So it’s sticky) but it’s still not happy. Help please!!

I have a TM31 and have just experienced the error code 34 coming up. I have turned machine on and off and have got it to work again but motor sounds terrible when start it up. What is this error code? How do I get machine looked at as I bought it second hand this year. Thank you.

I am also experiencing an Err 34 on my TM 31. The motor struggles in a weird noise.
Is anything to be done to fix that ?
I was told it's because of some humidity on the bowl's plugs, that might go into the engine block.

I'm having this error pop up on my machine too while in the middle of making some treats. Frustrating... My machine is only 6 months old at the very most. Would love some advice as to how it can be fixed?

Having only owned my thermomix 2 weeks and used it 5 times I now have the same error. I know what is going to come next that you are very sorry and someone from your service department will be in contact. This is OBVIOUSLY an ongoing problem why would you not fix the problem Sorry but very aggrivated at the fact that this machine costs $2100 to only break down after 5 uses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

In the end the Thermomix has been sent back to Western Australia to be looked at by the service centre. I will continue to provide updates as I receive them.

I am really upset and disappointed. Right in the middle of making treats for Easter my Thermomix has stopped working and is giving me the C34 error and on a long weekend. I have not have my Thermomix for long either. I hope this matter can be easily resolved. I have done everything I can think of, emptied the bowl contents, cleaned everything inside and out and I am still getting the error. I don't know what.more to do. I feel like my Easter is now ruined. :( :(

My TM5 was accidentally turned on without the blades inserted. I melted butter and added milk, it went everywhere, i turned it off and cleaned all i can find. However when i started my recipe again it started giving off a beep and showing 'C34 - Motor Overload error'.
What do i do? Does anyone know how to fix this or what we can do? Is my machine broken?
