  • 1 carrot, Cut into a few pieces
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 50 g Pepita Seeds
  • 100 g pitted dates
  • 80 g rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mixed Spice, ground
  • 1 tablespoon honey, Optional

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. Place carrot into Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop for 3sec/speed7

    Add walnuts, pepita seeds and dates to Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop for 3sec/speed 6

    Add remainingingredients to Closed lid"Closed lid" and blend for 10-15sec/speed 5 or until desired consistency.

    Roll into tablespoon size balls and refridgerate and enjoy as a healthy treat..

Tip

Honey is optional if you'd like them sweeter..
