Phenomenal icing - super smooth and fluffy. I sometimes mix a bit longer if my icing sugar is lumpy and it always turns out great. Everyone who tries is raves about it!!
I've also substituted the peanut butter for Biscoff spread and it's fantastic!
How much icing does this make? Will it be enough for 12 muffin size cakes?
I'm glad you liked it! I use store bought too. I am a peanut butter addict and this is THE BEST!
Absolutely amazing!! I did find that using store bought icing sugar made a much smoother icing. My partner and I cannot stop eating it. Very dangerous indeed. Thank you so very much for this fantastic recipe.
Also substituted the peanut butter for Nutella and Spekuloos cookie spread, both were just as divine.
I'm so glad you liked it!
Why did you not tell me this was yours?! I made this this afternoon - very dangerous. Awesome! I think I needed to mill the sugar for much longer though as it was gritty.
