Ingredients
Cookie Dough Base
- 80 grams Butter
- 110 grams brown sugar
- 50 grams raw sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 egg
- 170 grams plain flour, (Bakers flour is fine)
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 80 grams Milk choc chips
- 100 grams Peanut Butter
Topping
- 30 grams Butter
- 40 grams Milk
- 110 grams icing sugar
- 200 grams Milk choc chips
- M&Ms to decorate
- Shredded Coconut to Decorate

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Pre-heat oven to 175deg
2. Add butter, brown sugar, raw sugar, vanilla essence, peanut butter and egg to TM bowl, mix sp 4 for 20 secs. Scrape sides if needed.
3. Add flour and baking soda, mix sp 4 for 20 secs.
4. Add choc chips, mix "Counter-clockwise operation" sp 4, 20 secs.
5. Pat cookie dough onto a lined 12inch pizza pan.
6. Bake in oven for 12-15mins or until golden. (note: don't over cook as you don't want it too brittle)
1. Put choc chips, butter and milk in TM bowl and heat 50deg, sp 2, 6mins.
2. Add icing sugar and mix sp 3, 20 secs.
3. Spread mixture over cookie base, immediately sprinkle with M&Ms (press them down lightly so they stick) and coconut.
4. Let stand until set, then remove pan and cut into wedges to serve.
