Spiced Chai Latte Fudge
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 395g
- 400 g white chocolate, favourite eating chocolate
- 120 g Butter
- 2 sachets chai tea bags, tetley vanilla chai
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, good quality
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp ground cardamom
- 0.25 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch salt
- 50 g pistachio, chopped, for garnish

- Line an 8x8-inch (20x20cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
- Add sweetned condensed milk and tea bags (string and tag removed) to TM bowl. Heat. 98 degrees, 10 minutes "Gentle stir setting" . check to make sure tea bags are submerged.
- Pour condensed milk and tea bags into separate bowl and set aside, allow tea bags to steep.
- Add white chocolate and butter to TM bowl, melt on 37 degrees at Speed 2 for 5 minutes or until everything is melted and smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add the infused condensed milk (tea bags removed), vanilla extract, cinnamon, ground cardamon, ground ginger, ground cloves and a pinch of salt to the mixing bowl, mix Speed 3.5 for 30 seconds.
- Quickly pour into prepared tin. If desired, sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for a delightful and colorful garnish.
- Allow to cool at room temp before transfering to the refridgerator for 3-4 hours or until fully set. Cut into squares or rectangles as desired.
- Serve your Spiced Chai Latte Fudge and savor the warm and cozy flavors of a chai latte in a delightful fudge form.
Tip
decorate with chopped pistachios (50g), crush these before starting fudge. Alternativly top woth a sprinkling of cinnamon.
