Ingredients

Base

  • 125 grams granita biscuits, (Half a pack)
  • 125 grams Chocolate Ripple Biscuits, (Half a pack)
  • 80 grams Butter, melted

Filling

  • 60 grams sugar
  • 500 grams Philadelphia cream cheese, (softened - ie leave out of fridge for about an hour))
  • 200 grams Toblerone chocolate broken into pieces, (Or any good chocolate you like)
  • 125 grams cream

Topping

  • 50 grams Toblerone or other Chocolate, Grated or shaved
  • 125 grams Cream - whipped, (Optional)

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Place biscuits in TM bowl and process on Speed 7 for about 30 seconds (until the biscuits resemble bread crumbs)

     

  2. Add the melted butter while TM is on speed 6 and process for another 10 seconds. The mixture should stay together if you squish some in your hand. If not you may need a little more melted butter.

     

  3. Place into a Spring form pan and press firmly - Refridgerate while preparing the filling.

  4. Filling
  5. Process the sugar for 5 seconds on Speed 8. Let it settle for about 20 seconds.

     

  6. Cut the Cream Cheese into small chunks about 3 cm and add to TM bowl with sugar. Process for 2 minutes on speed 6 or until smooth and creamy looking.

     

  7. Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in microwave for about 2 and a half minutes. Checking after 1 minute and every 30 seconds after.

     

  8. When chocolate has melted add the cream and quickly mix with a spoon.

     

  9. Turn TM onto speed 5 and slowly add the chocolate mixture. This should take about 30 seconds. Scrape down TM bowl sides and process afurther 10 seconds on speed 5.

     

  10. Pour mixture into prepared base. Remember to Turbo boost the TM again to get all the last bits from the bowl and add to the base.

  11. If you are using the optional cream, pipe it on top decoratively or simply spread it over the chocolate filling.

     

    Sprinkle the top with shavings or grated chocolate.

     

    Refridgerate for 3 hours minimum or overnight, placing a lock on the fridge to prevent holes your masterpiece.

Tip

I have made this with both the TM31 and TM5 and works perfectly in both.
