- 4 egg yolks
- 250 g cream
- 250 g Milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pinch salt

To make the custard, measure sugar into TM bowl and mill 10 seconds speed 9
Add egg yolks, milk, vanilla and salt, and cook 7 minutes 90 degrees speed 4
Pour into bowl and refrigerate ~2 hours until cool
Either mix in cream by hand or add both this and custard back into TM bowl and mix 10 seconds speed 4
Pour mixture into ice cream churner and freeze according to manufactureres instructions
Tip
Best made with ice cream churner
