- 1. Measure 300g of milk into mixing bowl alongside coffee and sugar (optional)
2. Using Kettle mode - heat milk to 85 degrees.
3. Using the manual mode, mix milk for 30 seconds on speed 8.
4. Add to mug and sprinkle with cinnamon or chocolate.
Tip
Add 600g of milk if making for two people. Omit the coffee if you are wanting to use the milk to make fluffies for kids. Lower the temparture on kettle mode.
Works well with any instant coffee or a shot of filtered coffee from a plunger.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
