- 5 lemons
- 600 grams white sugar
- 500 grams Boiling water
- 15 grams tartaric acid

- Peel lemons and place peel into bowl.
Juice lemons and place juice into bowl.
Add sugar, water and tartaric acid
Cook for 11 mins, 90 deg,
"Counter-clockwise operation" , Speed 2, MC on
Once finished cooking, let sit for 15 minutes before straining into clean bottle.
Dilute with water as you would with shop bought concentrate cordial.

How long does it keep for?
Yes Dilute with water the same as you would with shop bought concentrate cordial
