Ingredients
- 4 fillets salmon fillets, fresh
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons Chinese shaoxing wine
- 1" piece Ginger, peeled, juliened to fine strips
- 4 cloves garlic fresh, crushed
- 300 g pumpkin, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 bunch florets of broccoli or broccolini, ends trimmed

Line top varoma tray with a sheet of bakaing paper and lay the salmon fillets evenly spaced.
Scatter the ginger strips and garlic evenly over the salmon fillets.
Pour one tablespoon of soy sauce over each salmon fillet and repeat with the Chinese wine.
Arrange pumpkin and broccolini in lower varoma tray.
Cover and place trays on top of TM31 and cook on Varoma temp, speed 3 for 25 minutes.
Serve with vegetables and once on the plate spoon over some of the sauce onto the fish.
Tip
Serve with steamed rice
Add finely sliced red chilli at step 2 for a spicer dish
