Ingredients
Chicken Mushroom & Spinach Filo Pie
- 50 grams olive oil
- 50 gram Tasty cheese
- 1 portion onions
- 50 gram Butter, Miso butter
- 1 heaped tsp chicken stock paste
- 1 heaped tablespoons plain flour
- 1 piece Portabello mushroom large
- 1 clove garlic
- 250 gram cream cheese
- 250 gram Fresh Baby Spinach
- 300 gram chicken breast, Cut into 3cm pieces
- 3 portion eggs

- Preheat oven to 180oC
Grease a 23cm spring pan - Place taste cheese in bowl "Closed lid" 5sec/speed 7. Transfer to bowl and set asside
- Place onion and garlic into mixing bowl and chop 5sec/speed 5. Scrap down the sides.
- Add butter, eggs, flour, chicken stock, cut up mushrooms (2cm), cream cheese, eggs, chicken and spinach. Cook 15min/"Counter-clockwise operation" speed2
- Peel the filo pastry out opening it to hang over the spring pan. Push layers as best you can with extra olive oil
- Pour mixture into middle of prepared pan and fold on the sides to cover. Sprinkle the top with reserved cheese. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- "Blend" Take out of oven and place onto wooden cutting board and out of pan to cut and serve.
